View this email in your browser Dear Hillsong Phoenix Family and Friends, As I reflect on our journey this year, I'm so thankful for every single one of you who engaged in serving the vision of Hillsong Church. As we embraced our global theme, we discovered that there was so much 'more' to be found in the heart of our good, kind, and generous God. And even though our theme will change this year, we will continue to experience more of what we need to flourish in life and to build the kind of church that serves as a blessing to the communities we've been planted in. I am more excited than ever about the possibilities of the future. Here are just a few of the highlights of what we accomplished together this year:   Hosted the USA National Alpha Conference Expanded our foster-care ministry, AZ 127. Continued our City Care partnerships with vulnerable schools. Hosted Colour Conference  Expanded Kingdom Builders Started Pop-Up Church in Tucson and Las Vegas Led the Phoenix A21 Walk for Freedom  Hosted our largest Christmas Refugee Party  Began preparations for the launch of Hillsong College USA Completed building projects on each of our campuses Saw 2,398 decisions for Jesus Baptized 342 new Christians  Welcomed 5,780 new people to Hillsong In addition to those highlights, as I think of our weekly schedule of church services, connect groups, training courses, worship events, and children's and youth ministries, I am amazed at what we are all privileged to be a part of. This was a banner year in so many ways and we are grateful for your faithful partnership. You are making a difference in the lives of people. During Heart for the House we shared many of the amazing testimonies from people whose lives were transformed through a relationship with Jesus and Hillsong Church.  A man who started a bible study in a detention center and led many to Jesus. A young lady who discovered the life-transforming power of God's word through one of our video-linked services. Children who have found life-giving friendships at Hillsong Kids. Because your generosity has a direct impact on our effectiveness, I would like you to consider a special offering to help us finish the year strong. We have always relied on fourth quarter giving to meet our budget and this year is the same. I believe we can meet this challenge if we all give our best year-end gift by the last day of this year. Perhaps you could give from your business, or personal investments, or maybe you have just been waiting until the end of year to give in general.  (Contributions for 2018 are allowed by the IRS if they are made online or postmarked on December 31.
